Visual preview not loading

Ensure enableVisualPreview is true. The preview uses iframes, so your site must allow framing. Check for X-Frame-Options headers that might block it.

Scheduled releases not publishing

Verify your cron job is running and pointing to the correct Craft executable. Check the Craft logs for any errors.

A release marked Failed after its date was refused: the person who scheduled it can no longer publish one of its drafts, has lost the Schedule releases permission, or is no longer an active user. The queue job’s error says which draft. Reschedule it as someone who can publish everything in it.

“You can’t publish this draft, so you can’t add it to a release”

Adding a draft takes the same rights as publishing it in Craft’s editor: saving the draft, and saving the entry it belongs to. Ask for those on the entry’s section, or have someone who has them add it.
